what must the communist dynasty do to win hearts and minds?

the mongolian? they ruled china so it ok for china to rule them back.

the tibetans? the PLA seem to have alot of party in 60's 70's and 80's
and early 90's. break dancing with the local lamas and novices. and
forceful one day/night stand with tibetan women.

so tibetan, which now an intergal part of the middle kingdom should
send a tibetan lamas and nun on their third space voyage and also
freedom to travel to tibetan school in Darssalam since the same type of
school is prohibited in tibet (xinjiang)

urachal pradesh is an intergal part of china. but the people there want
their own country.

I want my own country, too. Where can I get a country for my very own?
to rule, to enjoy for life, maybe to torture some people I don't like.
